Currently, Zayn & Zoey books are available in India. If you would like the books shipped internationally, please reach out to us and we’ll be happy to assist.
We usually ship orders within 2–3 business days of receiving them. Once the order has been picked up by our shipping partner, delivery timelines may vary and typically take between 2 to 7 business days, depending on the destination. Please note that delivery timelines are managed by our shipping partners and are beyond our direct control.
Once your order has been processed and picked up by our shipping partner, you will receive an email with the tracking details, allowing you to follow your shipment until delivery.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total order value.
At the moment, our website supports deliveries within India. If you would like to place an international order, please write to us at hello@zaynandzoey.com , and we’ll be happy to assist you with the process.
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a damaged product, please write to us at hello@zaynandzoey.com, within 3 days of receiving the package, along with details and images of the damage. We will arrange a replacement once the damaged item is returned.
