Coral reefs serve important functions in ensuring the continuity of marine life. To care for them requires early awareness of their existence and importance. This picture book aims to fill that gap in learning by educating young readers on what they need to know about coral reefs.

First of all, I must say that Zyan & Zoey books are great to introduce complex concepts through stories, which goes so well with kids. Hence, when V started showing interest in sea creatures, the curiosity of why they stay in water, what sharks eat, and so on, I remember V asking me about what were the plants in his mini sea animals set and that’s when Zayn & Zoey's Explore Coral Reefs book came to our rescue and helped introduce the concepts in a simplified way.
The book starts with the twins (Zayn & Zoey) having been assigned a project on Coral Reefs, and they are not quite happy about it. That’s when their teacher introduces them to the vibrant coral reefs and sea life. The book has great illustrations, vibrant pictures, and easy to follow text. A great way to introduce sea life ???? I can’t wait to read aloud a few other books from the Zyan & Zoey collection!
